Application Process
Accommodation
Two application periods will be organized for the EMINET intake (academic years 2025-2027):
- Application round with Erasmus Mundus scholarships: 1 November 2022 at 8:00 am (CET) – 31 December at 3:00 pm (CET).
- Application round for self-funding students only: 1 March 2023 at 8:00 am (CET) – 10 March 2023 3:00 pm (CET).
The online application form will be available online when the application period starts. Note that the form can only be filled in during the application period.
As a student, it might be hard to find accommodation because most students are on a tight budget, but there are multiple options available in the form of student hostels. It depends upon the locality and the country you are choosing. According to statistics student housing may cost you from 280 – 650 Euro.
It doesn’t come under the responsibility of the International office, but they can connect you with the responsible person for the better reach.
Language Requirement
Application Documents
Good command of the English language is a requirement for admission. The possibility to attain a B2 level of proficiency must be proved by either of two examinations TOEFL or IELTS Academic language tests.
Yes, you will need to provide a valid English-language test score with your application. Exemption for the students holding a bachelor’s degree from UK or USA.
All the documents should be submitted online. All the enclosures must be uploaded in color and in pdf-format on the online application form. No other formats will be accepted or reviewed during the selection process. Please note that students from some countries have country-specific requirements to follow.

Scholarship and Fees
Admission
All eligible applications submitted before the deadline (application round with Erasmus Mundus scholarships) with the required enclosures (in pdf/video format) will be considered for student admission and scholarship selection.
Students of all nationalities can apply for scholarships. The number of expected scholarships as well as an explanation of which countries are considered programme/partner countries is listed on the EMINENT website.
The admission results will be announced at the end of the semester. Personalized mail will be sent to students.
Visa process delay leads to joining the lectures late and can be tackled by informing the international office priorly. The solution to the problem will be on a subjective base.
