The Education and Innovation Summit will bring together key actors from the world of Education and Innovation to share knowledge and inspiring experiences on innovative education practices and on building bridges between the education and higher education communities, and their surrounding innovation ecosystems. Several European Universities will participate in the summit, including ATHENA.
ATHENA’s liaison officer at the University of Maribor and Head of the UM Technology Transfer Office, Peter Alešnik, will talk at the Breakout 1.2: Skills: Equipping the future generations with innovation and entrepreneurial skills.
The Education and Innovation Summit is intended for
- representatives from innovative higher education institutions across the EU
- representatives of 41 European Universities alliances
- representatives of European Innovative Higher Education Institutions
- start-ups, entrepreneurs and companies
- students and school education representatives
The Summit will offer a unique opportunity for participants to share their views on education and innovation with European policy-makers and to contribute actively to shaping future European action.
